# Merci AI

> Merci AI brings an app's App Store and Google Play reviews into one inbox and drafts a reply to each review in the language it was written in. The developer checks the draft, edits it if they like, and publishes it with one click. Nothing reaches the store without their OK. It's a web app for indie developers and small app studios.

- Connects to the App Store with an App Store Connect API key that only needs Apple's Customer Support role. The key is encrypted before it's stored and deleted on disconnect.
- Connects to Google Play through a Play Console invitation with the Reply to reviews permission, only for the apps the developer picks.
- Checks for new reviews every 6 hours, so Google Play reviews are caught within the 7 days Google's API shares them.
- Drafts come in three tones (warm, professional, short), follow the stores' rules (no refund offers, no asking for a better rating) and stay within Google Play's 350-character limit. Any review can be translated into the developer's language.
- Slack and Discord alerts for new reviews on every plan.
- Pro and Team add bulk replies and Insights: recurring bugs, feature requests and payment complaints grouped by topic, in any language.
- Reviews and drafts are stored with Google Cloud in the EU. Review text goes to OpenAI only for drafts, translations and review analysis, and isn't used to train its models.
- Site and app in 12 languages. Sign in with Google.

- Free: $0. 1 app (an app on both the App Store and Google Play counts as one), 100 reply drafts a month, 1 person, Slack and Discord alerts. No card needed.
- Pro: $19 a month or $190 a year. 5 apps, 500 reply drafts a month, 1 person, bulk replies, Insights. Each extra app is $4 a month ($40 a year) and adds 100 drafts a month, up to 12 apps.
- Team: $49 a month or $490 a year. 15 apps, 2,000 reply drafts a month, 5 people, everything in Pro.
