If Merci AI isn't right for you, you can get your money back within 14 days.
Full refund within 14 days
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, your first one or a renewal. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to hello@getmerciai.com from the address you used at checkout, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, sends the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few days.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days aren't refunded. You can still cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
