These terms apply when you use Merci AI. Please read them together with our privacy notice and refund policy.
Who we are
Merci AI is provided by Turgut Sönmez, a sole proprietorship trading as T-Apps, based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@getmerciai.com.
The service
Merci AI brings your App Store and Google Play reviews into one inbox and writes reply drafts with AI. You connect your stores with your own App Store Connect key and Google Play access. Nothing is posted until you click Publish, and you're responsible for the replies you publish and for following Apple's and Google's rules.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account and keep it secure. Each plan includes a set number of people; don't share sign-ins beyond that. You must be able to enter into a contract for yourself or for the business you represent.
Plans and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly in advance, that renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are on our pricing page, and tax is added where it applies. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to payments, invoices, cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Within 14 days of any payment you can ask for a full refund, as our refund policy explains.
Acceptable use
Don't use Merci AI for anything unlawful, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy, or to publish replies that mislead or harass. Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, and don't access other people's accounts or data.
Your content
Your reviews, drafts and replies stay yours. You allow us to process them only to provide Merci AI, as our privacy notice describes.
Our intellectual property
Merci AI, its software and its brand belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the service, nothing more.
Availability and AI drafts
We work to keep Merci AI running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Drafts are written by AI and can contain mistakes, so read each one before you publish it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and we'll tell you why when we can. You can stop using Merci AI and ask us to delete your data at any time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
